Celsis IVT files service mark breaking lawsuit against Invitrogen, CellzDirect
Celsis In Vitro, Inc. (Celsis IVT) announced today that it has filed a prominent infraction lawsuit against Invitrogen Corporation (Invitrogen) and CellzDirect, Inc. (CellzDirect) in the Concerted States Precinct Court into the Northern Locale of Illinois in Chicago and has moved for the treatment of a foreword ruling. Invitrogen, the guardian of CellzDirect, is itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Moving spirit Technologies of Carlsbad, California. The squawk alleges that assured processes and methods performed in the main CellzDirect associated with its in vitro dull testing services and its pooled cryopreserved hepatocyte products transgress one or more claims of U.S. Blatant No. 7,604,929 (the ’929 self-evident. The beef also alleges that Invitrogen is selling these infringing products and services, as indeed as inducing breach of the ’929 unequivocal, and seeks money damages and injunctive recess.
