Gilead sues Lupin throughout Ranexa copyright infraction
Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq:GILD) today announced that it has filed a lawsuit in U.S. Department Court in Further Jersey against Lupin Select as regards disobedience against Gilead’s patents after Ranexa® (ranolazine extended-release tablets).
