US Sector Court dismisses all claims and counterclaims in thalidomide trade name cases
Celgene Corporation (NASDAQ: CELG) announced that as a consequence of Barr Laboratories, Inc., withdrawing its Skimpy Further Deaden Perseverance (ANDA) appropriate for thalidomide with the US Victuals and Knock out Authority, the US Sector Court in support of the Department of Fresh Jersey has granted the requested end of all claims and counterclaims in the thalidomide obvious cases.
